Objective
A Variety of electrical and electronic equipment are in use in modern operation theatres for monitoring anesthesia & surgical procedures. The success of the procedures and safety of patients depend largely on the reliability, smooth and trouble free performance of these equipments and skilled anesthesia. There is increased need for qualified and trained hands in the field. This course is aimed at satisfying this need of the state.

Eligibility
| a) |
Minimum Educational Qualification : |
A pass in Pre degree/+2 or equivalent there to, recognized by the Universities in Kerala with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and a minimum of 50% marks for these subjects. 10% grace marks will be given for students with Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical as additional qualification. |

Age limit : |
The candidate should be between the age group of 17-25 years. 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit for SC/ST candidate is allowable. |
